I had an absolute blast watching this.

The pacing was on point, and the acting was phenomenal.

Everything Everywhere is a constant, unhinged, thrill.

Not for the faint of heart.

#2. Top Gun: Maverick

🍅 Rotten Tomatoes: 97%
👥 Audience Score
: 99%
🎭 Genres: Action, Drama
⭐️ Starring: Tom Cruise, Jennifer Connolly, Miles Teller

📺 Where to watch: In Theaters!

At the insistence of Tom Cruise, there are minimal green screen and CGI aerial shots in the film.

Even the close-up cockpit shots are taken of actual in-flight sequences.

This meant the cast had to undergo extensive G-force training sessions, to withstand the physical demands of the G-force pressures during flights.

50% of new actors on this set threw up every single day from filming in the jets.

#3. Film Fact

The aspect ratio of 4:3 was very first aspect ratio for motion pictures.

William Dickson, an employee of Thomas Edison, created the 4:3 aspect ratio (technically 1.33:1) in 1892.

The numbers 4 and 3 describe the literal size of the film—4 inches by 3 inches on 35mm film stock. 🎞

It wasn't until the early 2000s that 16:9 TVs hit the market, which then changed aspect ratios forever.
